On Friday, November 22, 2024, we were honored to welcome students and staff from the National Overseas Chinese Student Leaders Study Conference for an official visit and exchange.
This exchange was designed to provide the students and industry-academia representatives of the National Overseas Chinese Student Leaders Study Conference with firsthand observation of precision manufacturing on-site and dialogue with industry-academia representatives, facilitating knowledge transfer in enterprise management and demonstrating Zongwei Industrial's corporate commitment to nurturing talent.
The National Overseas Chinese Student Leaders Study Conference brings together students with international perspectives. This visit focused on how traditional manufacturing leverages digital transformation and precision mold manufacturing technology to build core competitiveness in the global market. We shared Zongwei's practical experience in one-stop mold development and injection mold design, giving these future international industry-academia leaders a deeper understanding of the operational benchmarks and craft value of mold manufacturing.
Digital Craftsmanship and Technology Transfer
During the visit, the participants went deep into the production floor, directly observing the seamless integration of high-quality precision components from mold design and 5-axis machining to fully automated injection molding lines, embodying Zongwei Industrial's commitment to advancing industry-education integration.
Focused on the theme of industry-academia exchange, we provided live demonstrations of the facility's high-performance all-electric injection molding machines in full operation, and introduced the 5-axis CNC machining centers applied in precision machining mold production. This not only demonstrated Zongwei's technical authority in the plastic injection molding sector, but also enabled the visiting students to understand how high-quality plastic injection molding drives output value growth through technological innovation, fulfilling Zongwei Industrial's corporate responsibility in talent development and knowledge sharing for the plastic injection industry.
