On Thursday, December 5, 2024, we were honored to welcome industry leaders and staff from the Thailand Die & Mould Industry Association (TDIA) for an official visit and exchange.

This exchange was designed to provide the industry leaders of the Thailand Die & Mould Industry Association (TDIA) with firsthand observation of precision manufacturing on-site, facilitating knowledge transfer in enterprise management and cross-border technical exchange, and showcasing Zongwei Industrial's outstanding capabilities in the mold sector.

TDIA, as a key driving force behind Thailand's mold industry, focused this visit on the modernization transformation pathway of precision mold manufacturing. With the advancement of Zongwei's new plant in Thailand, we shared with the Thai delegation how high-quality injection mold design and one-stop mold development expertise can be exported internationally, creating shared industry value through Taiwan-Thailand technology collaboration in the highly competitive plastic injection molding market.

During the visit, the TDIA delegation went deep into the production floor, directly observing the alignment process of high-quality precision molds from digital design and CNC machining to fully automated injection molding lines, witnessing Zongwei Industrial's industry-leading stability.

Addressing the specialized requirements of tooling and mold industries, we demonstrated the outstanding performance of the facility's 5-axis CNC machining centers in handling precision machining molds, and how multiple high-performance all-electric injection molding machines ensure the stable output of high-quality plastic injection molding. This embodies Zongwei's pursuit of excellence in the mold manufacturing domain, providing the visiting guests with a comprehensive practical reference for plastic injection solutions.
