On Friday, September 26, 2025, we were honored to welcome faculty, students, and staff from the Department of Economics, Reitaku University, Japan for an official visit and exchange.
The purpose of this exchange was to provide the faculty and students of Reitaku University's Department of Economics with a firsthand view of Zongwei Industrial's production processes, bridging economic theory with the operational management practices of a modern manufacturing facility, and exploring the strategic logistics of the precision manufacturing industry in the international market.
Through this cross-border industry-academia interaction, we jointly explored with Reitaku University how precision mold manufacturing achieves optimal economic efficiency through data-driven management under a globalized context. Zongwei Industrial demonstrated its automated workflow from injection mold design to mass production, enabling the economics students to understand how world-class mold manufacturing capability underpins the company's core competitiveness in international trade.
Operational Management and Technical Observation
During the plant tour, faculty and students expressed keen interest in how Zongwei integrates resources and optimizes production capacity, and they directly observed a range of industry-leading high-precision machining equipment and intelligent management systems.
Tailored to the economics research background of the visiting delegation, Zongwei's technical team provided a detailed introduction to the facility's all-electric injection molding machines and 5-axis CNC machining centers. This not only demonstrated our core capability in precision machining molds, but also illustrated how high-quality plastic injection molding — through precise mold development cost control — creates economies of scale for global clients, delivering the most professional plastic injection molding one-stop solutions.
